Authentic Polish 2lb.sweet(without seeds)rye. Goes great with soup and stews. Our polish rye is still made using our grandfather's secret formula. It is mixed with a sponge (like a sourdough starter) and handcrafted, not made with machinery. The sponge and our secret ingredient is what gives it it's unmistakable flavor. This way of making bread is a dying art passed down from generation to generation. You will not find this method used in large chain stores, only from your retail baker.Price is for one loaf.
