Polish Sweet Cross Bread

Authentic Polish sweet cross bread. This is the traditional bread that goes in the basket to be blessed. Our cross breads are one pound. The price is for two cross breads. Our polish rye is still made using our grandfather's secret formula. It is mixed with a sponge (like a sourdough starter) and handcrafted, not made with machinery. The sponge and our secret ingredient is what gives it it's unmistakable flavor. This way of making bread is a dying art passed down from generation to generation.
